Notice: As noted just below, the end-of-year tournament and picnic is here. This year’s tournament will be well attended and bring a full day of golf. That’s exciting to see, but it also requires our golfers to be on time and ready for golf both days. We have always required our golfers to be 30 minutes early and it is a must for the tournament. Admittedly, in recent weeks we have noted that a few players are arriving just-in-time with some arriving as their names were being called to the tee-box. Please help us and be available 30 minutes early as we will be trying to get all golfers off 5 to 10 minutes earlier than their noted tee-times above. This starts with our 18 and 9 Hole golfers getting out of the gate ahead of the rest of the field. WE thank you!!!

The 2026 HSV Junior Golf Tournament and Picnic is here. We have processed this year’s registrations and finalized the field for the two day tournament scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday at the Coronado Golf Course. Above, you can see the Tee-Times and pending results for those that have entered. Additionally, we are set for the picnic and award recognitions at the Balboa Pavilion beginning at 5:00pm after Thursday’s play. As it has been said, “Lets Have Fun!” and enjoy the events.

Regarding the picnic, we are expecting a large number of attendees and we are ready for the big event. As noted above, the picnic starts at 5:00pm when the serving lines will open. We do have one request related to those attendees that elected not to participate in the meal, please consider arriving at 5:30 to allow the tables for those that will be eating. And, something for all to consider is having a lawn chair available to help with any seating issue that require extra seating. Thanks for your consideration.

Scores for July the 16th have been posted and can be reviewed under the links provided by clicking on the “Tee-Times and Results” page noted above. Likewise, our “Weekly Sign-Up” will open at 6:00pm for the July 23rd play date. Also, the deadline for registering for this year’s tournament and picnic is July 16th. Tee-Times For Thursday July 23rd:

If you used the “Weekly Sign-Up” for July the 23rd, your tee-time has been posted under the “Tee Times & Results” page above. You will receiver your official tee-time card at practice Wednesday when checking-in recognizing you must practice on Wednesday to play on Thursday. For 5 – Hole Red & Gold golfers, you will receive your tee-time card when you arrive at the Magellan parking lot next to the cart barn before proceeding to the practice area. Gates open at 7:30 prior to the 8:30 practice session.

“Weekly Sign-up” Heads Up: Recognizing we have a weekly sign-up starting each Thursday, please be aware of the following:

If you attempt to access the “Weekly Signup” and are prompted for a password or are otherwise unable to proceed, your browser may be directing you to a previously cached version of the website that required a password.

If this occurs:

Exit the website.
Go to your browser settings and clear your browsing history and/or cache.
Return to the website and select “Weekly Signup” again.

The sign-up should then work as expected.

** Program Alert * Our “Weekly Sign-up” remains a key practice and is found to be very helpful for completing our administrative requirements for the Wednesday and Thursday events. As noted at our orientation, we are taking it a step further this year as we will be preassigning tee-times as the sign-ups are received. Do you have a Junior Golfer that visits for the summer, or a grandchild that doesn’t have any golf experience? Introduce them to HSV Junior Golf!

If you’re looking for a way to get your junior involved, come join us! Registration is easy and affordable. Financial support available if you need assistance.

Membership Includes:

Participation in our 2026 Summer League Season for any junior golfer at any level (no HSV membership required), during June and July, except July 1st & 2nd .
Clinic & Practice every Wednesday at Hot Springs Village's premier practice facilities: Magellan and/or Granada driving ranges.
Play every Thursday at Hot Springs Village's Coronado golf course.
The Bill & Susan Veal HSV Junior Golf Championship Tournament with Awards & Picnic held on July 29th & 30th.

Free Range Balls for the member during the season at any Hot Springs Village golf course by showing the membership card; excludes Wednesdays for our practice session.
The member can play any Hot Springs Village golf course after 2pm (anytime at Coronado if available) year-round for $5.00. Additional fees, including carts, are the responsibility of the golfer.
Access to Equipment. $50 starter sets available that include clubs and a bag. The clubs can be traded in for another set as the golfer out-grows them at no cost.
